Only if they become US citizens.. then they have as much right as you and I rightfully so this is America.
But to answer your question No granting Amnesty (like Bush wanted to do also when he was in office) will not automatically make them US Citizens and cover them under the Health care plan. IT is for US citizens only so until they become US citizens ONLY THEN would it apply.
Do you think we should put a law down that states only certain races can become citizens.. or better yet say no more anyone can apply for citizenship at all “America is full”.
