It’s simple Martial Law will not be enacted. The USA is not at that point of a crisis. Most likely Martial Law will never be declared unless a super crisis arose.

Obama administration hasn’t done anything CLOSE as far as these silly “terror alert levels” and the ‘fear rhetoric’ that the PREVIOUS administration has done.. Those are the kinds of tactics somebody would use to ’scare’ people into that kind of nonsense.

Obama has actually TRIED to balance the ’security’ thing (obviously for political reasons) with what MOST of us are concerned with by STATING that we need to FOLLOW THE LAWS.

and to actually get to the point… the patriot act was changed, PARTICULARLY the wiretapping parts…
and FISA was revised in 2008 to also eleminate some of those abuses…
