It is none of our business to know where he is every minute of the day, is
it?
Why would you think he should be in Berlin rather than taking care of urgent matters at home?
The Wall came down not because of the US, it came down because an
Elite Russian Think Tank worked on that diligently for over 20 years.
And they took that much time to assure that it would not fail.
Many West Germans would not spend the day at the Wall. They have had to pay for it dearly.

Oh, he’s probably busy dividing the USA. He’s probably using some of the same bricks they used in the ‘other’ wall.
