Like the idiot he is. The Indian’s and Chinese won’t give him the chance to grandstand in Mexico City like he did in Copenhagen. He got a promise to get some to make a “list”. Nothing more. Only an complete moron would describe this as an “unprecedented” moment in US foreign policy.
