Is Obama Guilty Of Creating An Anti-competitive Business Environment?

January 19th, 2010

If you were an automobile manufacturer or supplier and Obama gave you larger competitor millions and billions, is that unfair?
Yes, Obama also gave millions to large “suffering ” suppliers to automotive.
You managed your business well and now your poorly managed competitors have a huge cash advantage. Should you practice irresponsible management principles to get money too?
Obama is involved in unfair trade practices.

Yesterday I saw a good site with note $1500 loan quick. I found this post very usefull and I saved it on my computer

  1. I think at some point you’ll see a backlash. People just don’t like anyone who is given preferential treatment. And there is no doubt the UAW has been given that treatment.
America does need the auto industry, but not at the expense of the average citizen for the sake of a pitiful few.

  2. Only if he has a time machine. The U.S. not to mention the rest of the world, hasn’t had a competitive business environment since the Eisenhower administration.
That’s when a competitor became a friend and the consumer became the enemy.
If you think Obamas’ policies with the car companies are offensive just look into the favors that Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Monsanto, Exxon, or any of the other big Wall St. banks, firms and corporations have received over the past 50 years or so.

  3. Why would you say that? Just because barry and the Axis of Idiots and their masters at the UAW have ownership of TWO of the THREE car companies?
Ownership or control of BANKS? How convenient
    Fannie/Freddie UNLIMITED funding?
Maybe because of 0bamacare socialized medicine and his nonstop demonizing the insurance industry (Saul Alinsky is smiling)?
    Could be…

  4. Monopolistic corporations are involved in unfair trade practices. Banks have gotten too big, period. Time to break them up like what happened to Standard Oil a century ago. Break up the oil comopany combinations, too, like Exxon-Mobil!

  5. There shouldn’t be such a thing as “too big to fail.” I’m an Obama supporter, but you’re right. Maybe a bailout was the best way to go, but he’s sure as hell failed to make sure this kind of thing never happens again.

  6. If a business or organization supports Obama he gets laws to favor them.
Any business or organization who does not support Obama gets the Chicago treatment.

  7. Nope, if anything he’s guilty of protecting his countries interest. We all need cars and you guys seem so willing to let our manufacturers fail so we can send more of our profits overseas. True, foreign companies provide jobs here, but the profits leave.

  8. Obama is more concerned with feeling good about what he has done, than the actual results. Its the Democratic way.

  9. Reality has a Liberal Bias

No, I disagree. If GM and Chrysler had gone under, it would have reduced competition.
So now you’re trolling for the foreign auto makers?

  10. not at all
