Why Does Obama Think He Can Change The Campaign Finance Decision From The Supreme Court?
January 29th, 2010While he has not released his college grades he is supposedly learned on the Constitution and worked briefly for a law firm.
Seems to me he is totally clueless of legislative mandates and framework.
He can initiate the legislation to congress to change the laws and thus negate the law behind the ruling. However, this is unlikely as Massachusetts has made a fairly big statement about Obama’s agenda and what he wants.
Congress, as elected officials, and especially the Democrats, are not going to be willing to pass a law that will align themselves with a failed presidency. Also, it was very visible that Obama and the democrats in some ways bought the offices in 2008 and it would be a difficult sell that escalating the ads as a good thing. I tend to vote for those who talk about what they’d do and not just give opinion and smear their opponents.
Obama; is there still someone out there so dense they do not understand how the campaign contributions with the “Senator Purchase Plan” is what has destroyed this country?
If the constitution is written in such a fashion that it permits corporations to take over the Government then it is the constitution which has to be changed.
It makes no difference how sacred you hold something; if it does not work or is outdated renew it! That which may have been perfect in the past must be reexamined to make sure it is not outdated!
