Is It Possible To Have A Serious Discussion About Comrade Obama, Without Liberals Turning Into A Race Issue?
January 30th, 2010Seriously. Why can’t you liberals accept the fact that we don’t like the man because of his socialist policies…not his skin color?
Of course not Joey. Thing is, they are the racists, for shoving Hussein’s agenda at people thinking that the only reason one should love him is because of his Mullato Race.
We can’t stand his agenda…
If he loved America we would love him…that is just the way it is. We don’t like George DinoSoros either, or harry reid, or pizzlozi
If he’s a socialist, he’s not a very good one. He hasn’t even managed to pass a universal health care plan, something that even most conservative countries have. TARP might be socialist, sure, but it is socialism for the rich, and it wasn’t even Obama’s policy. The stimulus borders on socialism, but it failed to produce much of anything that I’m aware of. A true socialist would have been able to create countless government jobs with that kind of money. As for redistributing the wealth, I’m still not rich, and the rich people I know still are.
Does it make me a racist to say that Obama fails as a socialist? He even fails as a plain old liberal. He’s failed to close Guantanamo, failed to end either of the wars, failed to overturn DADT, failed to end the violations allowed by the Patriot Act, etc. I’m not exactly sure what he has accomplished, if anything. He certainly hasn’t done enough to earn the praise he gets from the left, nor the hatred and vitriolic criticism he gets from the right. He doesn’t appear to me to be either liberal or conservative. His words say liberal, but his actions (or lack thereof) indicate otherwise. He’s about as wishy-washy and useless as any other politician.
Seriously, is this the best the Dems and Reps have to offer us? A bunch of narcissistic ideologues who can’t even agree to disagree with one another? Who can’t work together, but can’t be trusted to work alone either? Politics is a fool’s game, where everybody loses. Conformist ideologies on both sides are as ridiculous and short-sighted as the people who hold them. No independent thought, no middle ground, no creative solutions. What a waste of democracy, when there are only two viable parties to choose from and neither one cares about the average citizen. They are so separated from reality, so concerned with maintaining their own party’s power, so concerned with pushing their agendas through with little regard to whether or not anyone will actually benefit from them. Bureaucracy and bullshit, crooks and liars, the lot of them. Big money, corruption, and special interests. They can all go to hell for all I care.
im not a liberal but i do think that the majority of pro obamas do care about race. He may have some good policies but he has more bad ones. Lets flip this though. i say i dont like obama and suddenly im a racist. hes half white anyway. but i couldn’t care less about his colour. although the hype hes getting from it is irritating. any who, simple fact. most people on both sides care about race. dont kid yourself to think me and you are the majority.
Because thats all they can pull is “Your pulling a race card because he’s the first black president” not being racist here but the only reason he is president is because African Americans saw this as another black man growing power, they didn’t vote for him because of his ethics. Not racism, truth
It’s possible, but you have to have a logical argument, and not just string a bunch of words together in an angry fashion.
Doubtful you can have a serious discussion with the way your question is phrased. You’ve already charged the question by calling him comrade obama.
I don’t think you can have a serious discussion with someone who claims Obama is a communist or socialist without even knowing what those words mean.
Can we have a conversation without right wing radicals making stupid remarks when they don’t know the difference between socialism and communism?
with some of them
its the ones that play the whole “first black president” card to much
i understand its a great thing the US elected its first black president, but its not the end all be all
I can accept that. But can you have a serious discussion without name calling like Comrade?
yes
