Let him try, but I think he is bluffing. But why the need to have this “compromise meeting” with the GOP if he is willing to ram the senate version?
If he does the GOP will just use the same reconciliation to remove it next Jan after we assume control. we will use the president set to “reconcile” 50 years of liberalism. If Obama veto’s it we can just not pass anything a shut down government completely
Nah. He’s telling them to stay away from the health care summit since it really doesn’t matter if they come or not. Conservatives should stay away as Obama directs. Let the Dems pass this debacle on their own. Retribution will come in November.
First, that’s gross. And second, there is nothing wrong with majority rule. It is how our entire system of government works. It’s how Bush got his tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires passed.
