I’m not happy about it!!! Have you people forgotten why we’re fighting??? do the numbers 9-11 mean anything to you? Do you think that if we leave these people alone that they’ll leave us alone?. As for the many soldiers that have died, I think we should stick with it for them! They put their lives on the line for us to win this war and be safe from these terrorists, and now we’re giving up on the caust that they died for??
I will be happy to see our troops out of Iraq, where they never should have been sent in the first place.
Having been sent, they should have been sent in the numbers that the generals wanted, not the numbers of an Administration (W. Bush) that wanted to do it “on the cheap.”
Before being sent, there should have been extensive planning on the aftermath of removing Saddam, and an exit strategy.
None of this took place.

Iraq is going to sign a new treaty allowing US troops to stay in major bases outside of their cities, no different than treaties we have with other countries.
