A) Why do you think President Obama is hiring all these Czars?
B) How many other USA President Used Czars?
C) If your answer above was zero USA Presidents hired Czars, doesn’t it raise a Red Flag with you and aren’t you wondering what the actual intentions are.

A) First step into autocracyB) I do recall a “drug czar” appointment by Richard Nixon .Its interesting that something so unconstitutional gets just a wink and a pass for obama.Amazing how he and his loyal supporters have redifined a word.
a) He is hiring professionals in a specific field that can make intelligent and educated decisions. I do not believe those individuals have a right to pass laws, they are there to advise and monitor.
b) The other presidents might not have had “Czars”, but they had some other name for people who would be in charge of a specific industry. Czar is just a name…it doesnt mean anything else.
c) No, It doesnt raise any Red Flags. Having industries that are not controlled and can do whatever they please…(see Bernie Madoff) raises a whole lot more Red Flags.
The term “Czar” is a media invented term for someone who holds a top advisory or expert role in the administration. EVERY president had top advisers in certain areas but the media only started getting cheeky calling them “Czars” during recent times. Bush had a “War Czar” “Intelligence Czar” Health Czar” “Copyright Czar” “Security Czar” etc. Clinton had an “Aids Czar” “Poverty Czar” “Drug Czar”, etc.

It is called delegating, something Chief Executive Officers do every day only not in such a public way. The promise of transparency leads Obama to announce who he has assigned special tasks to. He cannot do all things all the time and all alone. He depends on the expertise of others to help accomplish the goals he has set forth to achieve.
You never heard of the drug czar? The President has the authority to create such positions that act in an executive or advisory capacity.
In no way do these “czars” bypass Congress or the Supreme Court. It’s ridiculous to think otherwise.
The President has the right to appoint non-cabinet level personnel who are not ambassadors or judges without the advice and consent of the Senate. That’s the way it has always been.

Exactly appointing a so called “czar” circumvents normal government channels and over sight and allows some one like Obama to create mini dicatorships that answer to no one but him alone.
Czar is the name giving to peoples who are selected to run a specific program in the government .They are not leaders of peoples stay in school or go back.
He already has his “own government”…he’s the sitting president.
