Its fairly meaningless to offer loans to small businesses only to level them with taxes designed to crush the life out of them at the same time.
As an aside I am doing fine, so I need not place blame on anyone. Second I believe this global recession was caused largely due to a bi-partisan effort of a Republican Congress and the Clinton White House in deregulating the banks, combined with pressure on banks from the Government to give out bad loans.
So, I blame the Government as a whole.
