He went over to Europe with a big plans for a big commitment for Carbon Reduction. How do you think looks on the Global scene?

Its fairly meaningless to offer loans to small businesses only to level them with taxes designed to crush the life out of them at the same time.

As an aside I am doing fine, so I need not place blame on anyone. Second I believe this global recession was caused largely due to a bi-partisan effort of a Republican Congress and the Clinton White House in deregulating the banks, combined with pressure on banks from the Government to give out bad loans.
So, I blame the Government as a whole.
